Test Manager

Test Managers support our customers with knowledge, insights, and best practices in the management of the Quality Assurance solutions for various software environments. They are the central contact person for our customers in all testing relevant questions.
Your duties include analyzing automation problems and creating individual test concepts for agile or classical projects. You should also plan, coordinate, and monitor various test activities, consult our customers regarding QA-strategies and quality check-ups, as well as prepare acceptance tests and provide service at customers’ site.
To be successful, you should have at least three years’ experience with Quality Assurance processes. Furthermore, you should be fluent both in German and English and possess good communication and problem-solving skills.

Your tasks

• Quality assurance in agile and classic process models
• Professional and technical management of the complete testing cycle in customer projects
• Creation of test concepts and independent consulting of our customers
• Strong collaboration with different departments and representatives of costumer’s internal divisions
• Transferring knowledge in form of trainings and presentations

Your profile

• Degree in mathematics, informatics, computer science or a related field, but holder of vocational qualification with practical experience are also welcome
• At least three years’ experience with agile development methods as IT Test Manager or a Scrum Master
• Good IT test management skills
• Fluent both in German and English languages
• Good communication, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Reliable and independent work style with cooperative attitude and customer focus
• Ability to accommodate to change, be proactive and take initiative

• You can expect a salary that is based on your individual qualifications and your position-relevant professional experience in accordance with the KV classification (between €3,500 - €5,500). There will be an overpayment in line with the market.
