A few words about you working with us

We are seeking a creative & passionate Social Media Manager to join our marketing team, with a great understanding of social media platforms, latest trends, KPIs and key metrics

What you will be working on
Global Social Media Management (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube) under the vision of improving internal processes & strategy. Be creative and make sure that the channels meet PRODYNA content and visual quality standards!

Your daily tasks
• Strategic alignment of our social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube) including analysis and maintenance
• Post creation & marketing campaigns in company’s various social media channel
• Preparation of data and reports to measure the success of our online presence, identify optimization potential and derive recommendations for action
• Evaluation and integration of new social media features and trends
• Support the small but powerful marketing team flexibly in other topics and in day-to-day business

This is a full time 40-hour per week role.
We expect you to be available on a daily basis, during operation hours (10:00 to 18:00)

This job follows the hybrid model. Feel free to organize your weekly programme & choose your days in the office

We expect you to perform and take initiative based on your professional experience

• Three (3) years of professional experience in the successful development and expansion of social media channels and ideally have experience in Content marketing
• Fluency in English & German language
• Design experience and good skills in InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
• Social media campaign experience: paid ads
• Strong analytical skills and an affinity for numbers and statistics
• Experience with HubSpot
• Strategic thinking and analytical-conceptual skills, combined with creative ideas
• Team player with distinguished top-notch communication skills, an independent way of working and a conscientious style of work
