Your consent to the privacy policy will be saved. If you do not consent, your application will not be saved nor processed.
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR"), I hereby consent to the collection, processing, and storage of my personal data by PRODYNA SE, Helfmann-Park 8, 65760 Eschborn, Germany, PRODYNA Group (collectively "Employer") and its Sub-processors for the purpose of evaluating my application for employment.
Personal Data is defined in Article 4(1) of GDPR as any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (a data subject). An identifiable person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, through identifiers like a name, an ID number, location data, online identifiers, or factors specific to their physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity.
I as an applicant understand and agree that:
- I am Data Controller according to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), since I determine the purposes and means of the processing of my Personal data.
- My Personal data include: my name, surname, phone number, E-Mail, address, all data stated in my cover letter, educational background, work experience, and any other information I provided during the recruitment process, CV and/or cover letter or any other provided document.
- My personal data will be processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently, and only for the purposes of recruitment and potential employment.
- My personal data may be shared with authorized personnel involved in the recruitment process of the PRODYNA Group and with third-party Sub-processors, all listed at the end of this consent, who support these processing activities.
- If I have applied via an unsolicited application, Parties involved in this application process will consider my personal data for all ongoing application processes, provided my profile matches. The same applies if I have given my express consent to continue storing my applicant profile after the application process has been completed.
- When applying online for a specific position or submitting an unsolicited application, I enter my data myself into the corresponding application form and upload the associated documents.
- Parties involved in this application process will only use the data and information I have provided directly. This may also include data and information I make available online for the purpose of professional presentation.
- To prevent unauthorized third-party access to my personal data, the connection is encrypted using TLS technology. Data protection policy complies with current EU law, including the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the GDPR.
- My personal data will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the recruitment purpose, but maximum for the period of 6 months after ending the job application process, after which period such personal data will be automatically deleted.
- The Employer's right to keep my personal data for 6 (six) months after ending the job application process represents the employer's legitimate interest in using such data in the process of proving that the employer did not discriminate against me when processing my job application. According to Article 22 of the German General Act on Equal Treatment (Allgemeines Gleichbehandlungsgesetz – AGG), in the case of a dispute, one of the parties is able to establish facts from which it may be presumed that there has been discrimination, it is for the other party to prove that there has been no breach of the provisions prohibiting discrimination.
- I have the right to access, rectify, restrict processing, and object to the processing of my personal data, as well as the right to data portability.
- I may withdraw my consent at any time by contacting dataprivacy@prodyna.com, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal, as well as processing my data in any court, misdemeanour or administrative proceedings.
- I have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority if I believe my data is being processed in violation of the GDPR.
By submitting my application, I confirm that I have read and understood this Data Privacy Consent Statement with its Attachment and voluntarily agree to the processing of my personal data as described above.
